Certificate in Dental Radiography is a nationally recognised qualification and allows registered
dental nurses to take good diagnostic radiographs on prescription
Entry requirements |

Be registered with General Dental Council as a dental nurse |
Support of employing dentist to act as supervisor for work place activities to complete ROC. |
Must be 18 years or above. |
The course requires candidate to complete a log book called Record of Competence (ROC), which contains four parts
Part A: Practical Competence Assessment Sheets (PCAS) |
Part B: Expanded case studies |
Part C: Directly Observed Clinical Skills assessment (DOCS) |
Part D: Supplementary Outcomes |
